By accessing the HYDRAX website, browsing our products, creating an order, or purchasing from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Product Information

We do our best to display product details, colors, sizes, materials, and images as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or production batches.

Product availability may change without prior notice. If a product or size becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our team may contact you to offer an alternative size, color, replacement item, or order cancellation.

Orders & Confirmation

When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate personal details, including your full name, phone number, full address, city, governorate, and any delivery notes required for the courier.

An order is not considered fully confirmed until it is reviewed and accepted by HYDRAX or our delivery team. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if the information is incomplete, incorrect, suspicious, duplicated, or cannot be confirmed.

Prices & Payment

All prices shown on the website are listed for customers in Egypt. Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be processed according to the price shown at the time of purchase.

Cash on Delivery & Online Payment are available. The customer must pay the full order amount upon delivery unless another payment method has been confirmed by HYDRAX.

Shipping Inside Egypt

HYDRAX delivers inside Egypt only. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier workload, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers must be available to receive the order or assign someone trusted to receive it on their behalf. If the courier cannot reach the customer after repeated attempts, the order may be returned or cancelled.

Returns

Return requests may be accepted within 2-3 working days of receiving the order if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as ordered. To request a return, the customer should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, clean, in original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable. HYDRAX may refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Size Exchange

Size exchange requests may be accepted within 2-3 days of receiving the order, provided the requested size is in stock and the product is returned in its original condition. All exchange requests are subject to product availability and approval by HYDRAX.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, clean, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags where applicable.

The customer may be responsible for delivery or exchange shipping fees unless the exchange is required due to a mistake from HYDRAX.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for checking size charts, product details, and order information before confirming a purchase. Customers must also provide correct delivery information and respond to calls or messages related to order confirmation or delivery.

Repeated order cancellations, fake orders, refusal to receive confirmed orders, or misuse of Cash on Delivery may result in future orders being refused.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the HYDRAX website, attempt to interfere with its security, copy its content without permission, upload harmful code, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

All content on the website, including brand name, designs, product images, written content, graphics, and visual identity, belongs to HYDRAX or its respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

HYDRAX is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, technical interruptions, or damages caused by events outside our control, including courier delays, incorrect customer information, internet issues, public holidays, or force majeure events.

Our responsibility for any product-related issue is limited to repair, replacement, exchange, refund, or another solution approved by HYDRAX depending on the case.

HYDRAX may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
